Returning purchases on the internet is possible within the statutory period of 14 days. Shipping costs for returning the relevant products are at the buyer's expense. Repayment of the purchase amount will take place no later than two weeks after receipt of the products. If products are no longer salable due to damage or use, this also includes damage caused by the carrier on return, these will not be reimbursed.
